What's Up at Ballin Temple

It's been too long since we were in touch, largely because Facebook has been our "go to" way of sharing news.  But Fb is a bit ad hoc and people who want to know when things are happening don't always see our posts.  So we're going to send an email every now and then.

As Autumn draws in a couple of things are happening here:

The harvest is happening so if you'd like some of nature's goodness naturally grown, please get in touch.  Some veg are available at Michael McAssey in Ballon and Shortis Wong Deli, John's Street Kilkenny.  Otherwise drop us a line to check someone's around and stop by.  At the moment we have French beans, pumpkin, potatoes, lettuce, grapes, and apples, and tomatoes are coming... Also, Pam's yoga classes are starting up so check out the schedule and drop in.  Tuesday eveings in Tullow, Monday and Wednesday in Carlow.  Or ask for a private session or a bespoke group session (her office yoga is great!)  (086 0891141)

And we have a new member of the family: lovely Luna from ASH Rescue Centre joined us and is settling in well with what remans of the poultry (after a visit from foxy) and the horses.
